Stalking Threat Assessment Centre (STAC)

An innovative multi-agency specialist unit dedicated to tackling stalking that is run in partnership with the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), the National Probation Service (NPS) and the Suzy Lamplugh Trust.

Designed to be a centre of excellence, the Stalking Threat Assessment Centre (STAC) offers a range of services from different agencies, all working together to combat stalking and protect victims.

STAC is commissioned by the Mayoral Office of Policing and Crime (MOPAC) and aims to improve responses to stalking across the criminal justice system and the health sector through increased reporting, better criminal justice responses and rehabilitative interventions. Ultimately, it is the aim that working with stalking behaviour can help to make those victimised by stalking safer.

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust provides independent expertise to professionals and direct advocacy to victims of stalking.
