Who we are and what we offer

The Specialist Dementia Service (SDS) is part of the Haringey Older People's Services and is a small team made up pf psychiatry, psychology, occupational therapy and nursing professionals.

We provide support to service users with moderate-severe dementia and their carers. This includes intensive care co-ordination for clients with complex needs living in the community or residential care.

Who this service is for

People with a diagnosis of dementia living in the borough of Haringey who are experiencing significant Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD).

How you can access the services

Referral to our service should be made by a GP.
