Who we are

The National Stalking Clinic (NSC) is a specialist service providing assessment and consultation for those who have engaged in stalking behaviour. It is an internationally recognised service that is part of the North London Forensic Service. It is led and managed by Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust.

Who the service is for

This is a national service that provides assessment of those engaging in stalking behaviour to provide and understanding about risk and to offer guidance and recommendations regarding management and intervention. It is a non-commissioned service and works primarily with health, probation and prison services. The service is not able to offer private assessments or take self-referrals.

How you can access our service

Referrers are encouraged to ring and discuss potential referrals with members of the clinical team. This can be arranged by:

After an initial conversation, referrers will be sent a referral pack, including a referral form and service agreement. Following funding agreements the team will liaise with the referrer regarding a review of all relevant documentation and an assessment date or consultation as required.
