What we offer
The service sees all patients who have Lymphoedema and chronic oedema that live in Enfield or have a GP in the borough. The swelling must have been present for at least three months. We provide a range of treatments, including diagnosis and treatment, education and support and the promotion of self-management and prevention. This service is available for patients with primary and secondary related Lymphoedema and chronic oedema. The care is delivered in both clinic settings and patients’ homes depending upon clinical need and presentation.

Referrals are triaged and prioritised on receipt dependent on clinical need and diagnosis.
Response time and prioritisation
PALLIATIVE CARE – within 5 working days
CANCER PATIENTS – 2 to 8 weeks
NON CANCER PATIENTS – 8 - 15 weeks
