What we offer

We provide psychological assessment and treatment for people who need help with a range of severe and enduring mental health problems including depression and anxiety, personality disorders, and complex PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).

We offer a comprehensive assessment, where we think together about the difficulties someone is experiencing currently, and what may help them to overcome these. We aim to promote a collaborative approach, working alongside families and carers’ wherever possible and helpful, throughout assessment and treatment.

Within our service we offer a number of different therapies, aimed at helping people to better understand their difficulties and make meaningful changes to be able to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life. We work closely with other mental health teams, Primary care and wider community services and we can make referrals as appropriate to support a persons’ recovery.

How you can access our service

We accept referrals from a number of places. Most commonly people are referred to us by their GP (often via the Enfield Assessment Service). We also accept referrals from IAPT, CAMHS, crisis teams and other NHS services.

The first step in our service is to attend an assessment. After this, if we feel therapy would be helpful you would be placed on a waiting list for the most appropriate therapy.

If you feel you are not coping and need immediate help, please call the Crisis team on 0800 151 0023
