Trust AGM – Review and resources
Date: 22 September 2021

Thank you to everyone who joined our virtual Annual General Meeting on Monday 20 September 2021. We had over 120 attendees joining the event, including service users, carers, members of the public, partners and staff members.
Jackie Smith, Chair opened the AGM, outlining the agenda and introducing speakers. Jinjer Kandola, Chief Executive then began with her overview of the year, followed by Amanda Pithouse, Chief Nurse and Director for Infection Prevention and Control who gave the quality overview based on the Quality Account, then David Griffiths, Chief Finance and Investment Officer covered the financial highlights based on the Annual Accounts. After this, Natalie Fox, Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, gave a summary of the Trust’s work to improve our services for our patients, with significant investment over the next four years.
If you were not able to join the live event, you can now watch the recording on the link below. We have also collated the questions that we received during the AGM and have provided a summary of answers for these – see link below. The presentation slides as well as the link to further information about our transformation programme, and link to our Annual Report and Accounts can also be found below.
