Industrial action by Consultants

The British Medical Association has announced that NHS Consultants in England, who are members of the British Medical Association, will take industrial action from 7am on Thursday 24 August until 7am on Saturday 26 August.

If there are changes to an appointment you have on one of the strike days, we will be in touch with you beforehand to re-schedule. However, if you do not hear from us, please attend your appointment as usual.

The safety of our service users is always our top priority and we have plans in place to ensure that there is minimal impact on the quality and the timeliness of the care you, your relative or someone you care for, receives.
