    Mark Lam, Chair of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) has also been appointed as the Chair of East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) following a meeting of the ELFT Council of Governors last evening. Mark will take up his new role at ELFT from 1 June this year.
