Who we are
The Community Mental Health Team is made up of a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, speech and language therapist and social workers.
What we offer
We offer support in the community for people over the age of 65 who are experiencing mental health difficulties. Support is for individuals with long-standing illness and also people who develop mental ill-health in later life.
People under our care may be experiencing one of the following illnesses: anxiety, schizophrenia, depression, dementia and bipolar.
Who the service is for
People over the age of 65 living in the borough of Haringey who have on-going mental health difficulties. Also people experiencing mental illness for the first time or, who are becoming forgetful.
How you can access our service
Referral to our service should be made by a GP.
