Comments, complaints and concerns

From time to time, you may want to get in touch with us to tell us about your experiences within our services. Find out more about the different ways you can tell us what you think or make a complaint so we can learn more and improve our services.

External visitors to the Trust

The safety of our patients and staff is paramount. We occasionally have high profile people or VIPs visiting our hospitals/services as part of an official event, fundraising activities or meetings. All requests for such visits should be discussed and authorised by the Communications service or the Chief Executive’s Office before they can be agreed. Invitations from the Trust to a VIP to visit any part of the Trust, for any reason, must be issued by the Chair of the Trust or the Chief Executive unless a different arrangement has been made with the Communications service. No external visitor may be left unescorted on Trust premises where patients or service users are present. All high profile visitors must be accompanied by a senior member of staff at all times.

Please contact the communications service for further information.
