Trust statement on our commitment to inclusivity and equality

Date: 03 June 2020

In the light of the current civil unrest in the USA, Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust would like to confirm our total commitment to inclusivity and equality across all our services, all areas of our organisation and in the local communities we serve.

The Coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the health needs of different elements of our local communities, particularly those from black and minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds, who are at higher risk from Coronavirus and who, along with others, continue to experience health inequalities.

As a Trust, we are committed to working with our partners to support all our patients, all our staff and our local communities to address health inequalities and ensure inclusivity and equality for all.
