Development partner announced for GLA land at St Ann’s Hospital

Date: 11 December 2020

Greater London Authority

The Greater London Authority (GLA) have announced that they have appointed Catalyst Housing as their development partner to deliver 900 new homes on the part of the former St Ann’s Hospital site that the GLA bought from the Trust in 2018. 60% of the new homes will be affordable and within these, the Trust will have preferential access to 22 units for our staff once built in 2024/25. The residential development is due to begin in late 2022 after Phase 2 of the Trust’s redevelopment of our part of the site is finished. The Trust is working with the GLA’s development team and Catalyst Homes to ensure the residential development does not impact on the Trust’s site and our services, but enhances the overall area for patients, visitors, staff and local residents.
