Community Services in Enfield

Our community Services provides health care within the community, outside of hospitals in Enfield.  It includes sexual health, health visiting and nursing for long term illnesses including diabetes and heart failure.

Our multi-disciplinary teams have specialist skills and care for children, young people, adults and older people.  You can access our services at several locations across Enfield including at our main St Michaels site and local GP’s and clinics.  We also provide care in people’s homes where they need it.
